Agrible, a relatively new company launched in 2014, is making a big impact with their products at the National Farm Machinery Show this week. Agrible’s Morning Farm Report was presented with the 2016 AE50 Award for Outstanding Innovations in Product or Systems Technology just prior to the show.
“Morning Farm Report sends out an email report each morning that shares the key information for your fields. It includes how much rain you’ve gotten, the growth stage of your crops, soil information, and nutrient information,” Agrible Chief Product Officer Luke Zwilling explained during an interview at NFMS.
Zwilling says they are also promoting Agrible’s Grower Bundle, which will be officially launched in a few weeks and will include a host of Agrible tools including the highly anticipated Yield Engine.
“We predict what yield will be starting from the day the seed is in the ground. Based on all the current conditions and looking forward to what’s happening throughout the season. We use the most advanced weather information and soil information then combine that with crop growth modeling,” Zwilling said. Having accurate yield and harvest-ready data months in advance will be a useful tool for growers.
