FMC Agricultural Solutions has announced the addition of Kaustubh Borah as segment manager. Borah will be responsible for the strategic direction of tree, fruit and vine products for the company, as well as the 17 brands within the segment.
“We are excited to have Kaustubh as part of our marketing team,” said Aaron Locker, FMC Agricultural Solutions North America marketing director. “We look forward to leveraging his knowledge and expertise of data analytics, product positioning and forecasting to help us identify additional opportunities for growth.”
Prior to joining FMC, Borah led the global Acetochlor herbicide business at Monsanto Company and was integral in the launch of a new soybean herbicide, development of a successful product pricing simulator for acetanilides and successful negotiation of a loyalty agreement with a multinational. During his eight years at Monsanto Company, Borah served various roles in marketing, operations, corporate strategy, competitive intelligence and global crop protection.
Borah earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Strategy from Washington University in St. Louis, and a master’s degree in commerce and a bachelor’s degree in marketing from India.
