HTS Ag Acquires Aeration Management Solutions

HTS AgThe precision technology company HTS Ag, is announcing the acquisition of Aeration Management Solution’s (AMS) business assets.  AMS has provided farmers and commercial grain markets with OPI Integris Advanced Grain Management Systems and CMC Industrial Electronics Hazard Monitoring (HazMon) sales, installation and service in Indianapolis, Indiana.

AMS was founded in 2010 and has been selling, installing and servicing OPI Advanced Grain Management Systems and HazMon Systems from CMC Industrial Electronics to farm and commercial customers in Ohio, Indiana, Tennessee and Iowa. OPI Integris provides digitally-driven temperature and moisture cable and the market-leading Advanced Grain Management grain temperature and moisture monitoring systems to help achieve maximum return on stored grain assets. CMC Industrial Electronics manufactures industry-leading digital hazard monitoring systems to protect people, processes and profits.

HTS Ag has been involved in the sales, instillation and service of OPI Advanced Grain Management System since 2009.  They’ve also been offering customers service for CMC Industrial Electronics HazMon since 2014.  The company works to provide customized technology solutions for any operation, and they are looking forward to what the expansion means for their business.
