This year at the 60th Annual Farm Progress Show in the John Deere exhibit there is a restored 1951 John Deere A Tractor that 16 year-old Austin Rhoda restored and is going to be raffled off later this fall. All the proceeds go to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Austin was a patient at St. Jude for 3 years while he was being treated for Leukemia.  Now, Austin tells us he loves being around tractors and wanted to help support the organization that helped him and his family so much in their time of need.

“They just treat you like family”

The tractor raffle will conclude on September 15, 2013.
